Like our competitors should your new employee leave within 3 months we will provide you with a totally free replacement immediately. However after that, unlike our competitors we provide you with an additional 9 months safety net.
In the event your new employee decides to leave you after 3 months and 1 day, with most recruitment partners you would need to again pay a full fee. That is not how Macquarie People operate.
