PREPARATION OF PROSPECTUS
I am pleased to announce Macquarie People Pty. Ltd is currently consolidating it's group of companies and preparing a prospectus to lodge with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC") in 2008. This will provide you with an excellent opportunity to invest in our rapidly growing company.
We are well on the way to completing our national infrastructure and Global Alliance Partnerships which will enable Macquarie People to compete at an effectively level, not only nationally but internationally
The increased growth and competitive "War for Talent" both nationally and internationally has also provided Macquarie People with an excellent opportunity to drive growth in our end-to-end HR & Payroll Outsourcing services especially as more and more companies are now moving towards this trend.
A vibrant Australian economy, booming resource, property development, banking insurance and finance, education and ICT sectors, full employment and high levels of capital infrastructure projects, all underpin a rapidly growing demand for executive, professional and skilled labour.
Within the prospectus, Macquarie People will outline their share offering. The company will also seek to implement an incentive package for its key employees via an Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) and a Deferred Consideration Performance Share Scheme (DCPS). These incentive schemes have been designed to ensure that key personnel are alligned with shareholders' interests. They are also designed to reward and motivate the "next generation" of business leaders within the company.
The printed prospectus will be made available in 2008. Any person who wishes to acquire shares in Macquarie People Pty. Ltd. must complete the application form that will accompany the entire prospectus. To comply with legislative and ASX requirements, no further information will be available until such time as the company is registered on the ASX.
